Men stopped reverencing women.

Instapundit linked to an article at Evie Magazine* by S.G. Cheah titled How Feminism Is Driving The Growing Trend Of Anti-Women Subcultures.  Cheah describes a disturbing conversation she had with a beta orbiter, where he explained to her why men are going MGTOW:

During the conversation, my buddy explained how despite persuading his friend against becoming MGTOW, he was still sympathetic to his friend’s excuse for doing so. In his words “Men are disgusted with women in almost every way today and are finding happiness in just cutting them out of their lives.” He continues, “And I can’t really argue against anything they (MGTOW) say because I relate to it all myself.”

I pressed harder to ask if he could elaborate on exactly what he meant by that. “Look around you. Every girl acts like a dude and has to have more guy friends than her actual boyfriend. Relationships are no longer partnerships. They’re just mutual debauchery based on meaningless sex and fickle mind games. And in most relationships, I see the women being an overbearing * constantly humiliating their dudes.”

That her beta orbiter would say or even think such things greatly disturbed her.  He is a modern Christian, and was raised in the chivalrous model (emphasis mine):

I stood in momentary silence because I was unsure of how to respond to that. I wanted to hear the uncensored truth from him because he (unlike the women hating MGTOWs, Incels, and PUAs) had never viewed women in this way before. He was brought up in one of those traditionally wholesome, family oriented, Christian household, whereby the reverence for women was ingrained in him since a young age.

His father and male relatives were his role models for they knew exactly what it meant to be a protector and a provider. Consequently, the women in their lives (like his mother and grandmother) cherished and respected their men for that. It was then that I realized we’re in a turning point of history where men no longer held a reverence for women like they did in a previous generation.

Imagine her surprise if she learned that the chivalrous model isn’t Christian at all, and is a perversion of Christianity.  Imagine if she learned that in Christianity it is wives who are to submit to their husbands in fear and reverence, and not the other way around.

Cheah briefly indicts feminists on her way to concluding that the real problem is weak men screwing feminism up:

The culture establishes that the ideal woman is smarter, stronger, better than the men in every way, and you can always depend on her to swoop in and save the day. This trope is apparent in just about any family sitcom, movies, music, and the literature we consume today. Think — the bumbling fool of a dad in contrast to the highly efficient mom.

The problem when we constantly showcase women in this way is how we are presenting women as nothing but a mother figure. This is perilous because it pushes men to subconsciously embrace the role of the Puer Aeternus — the “eternal boy.” The man need not grow up because why would he? He has women to bear the burden of life for him.

Nowhere in the article does she grapple with the question of how women have responded to feminist indoctrination, or how women should go about undoing that indoctrination.  The article concludes with Cheah’s beta orbiter assuring her that real men won’t become incels, MGTOW, or PUAs, and that:

“The problem isn’t women. The problem is feminism.”

*After reading the Evie about page, I would have described it as a secular Christian Cosmo.  But then I saw that the creator of the magazine describes it as a conservative alternative to Cosmo.

That hamster is spinning, all right. That last line is what she really wanted to hear. That way she could absolve herself of personal responsibility and blame some ideology.

Even more reason to embrace Game and the understanding of women behind it.

  2. Women are assumed to be helpless and incompetent: that’s sexist, so we need more feminism.

And why would she? She grew up being told by pastors and conservatives that that is men’s responsibility! “If only men would Man Up and do ____ & _______ , all would be well!” -every traditional/conservative/feminist/pastor/priest/average woman.

Note the last point: “Respect women, even if they do not respect themselves”…

  8. Charles B says:

To follow on Dalrocks point about how it is men’s fault for screwing it up notice that even in her conclusion she doesn’t leave any indication that feminism and the ideas that power it must be stopped and dismantled, merely that men must be even more abused as pack mules than before.

Despite being nominally conservative she has no desire to actually allow any conservative principles to guide society. Conservative here understood as traditional hierarchical understanding, not merely liberalism with the brakes applied.

  9. The Question says:

It’s going to take a few more years to really see what happens, but I have a gut feeling that there is a lot of regret and heartache around the corner for many single women in their late twenties to early thirties. They’re expecting to get married, but only those who can access the few higher income earners will do so.

Others have expectations that are not only totally unaligned with what’s realistic for them, but they’re unaware of how men are responding to the changes in a way described by the orbiter in that article.

At this point we’ll have to wait and see, but I don’t see this ending well.

The other typical blue pill trad con trope is that she displays markedly more contempt for the man that she says are a victim of feminism then for the actual women who destroyed them psychologically (to grant her premise re:Peter Pan syndrome).

In fact at no point can she actually bring herself to ascribe the teachings of feminism and its affects to actually being the fault of even a large minority of women. It is just some nebulous ideology that floats out there in the ether like a ghost.

Nearly ALL “Christian”/churchian women know this, at least on a visceral level (most actually know it on an intellectual level, having been introduced on multiple occasions to the relevant scriptural passages, even though they go to extraordinary lengths to deny and ignore them).

Modern churchian franchise CEOs also know that women know this, and they also know if they were ever to grow gonads and a spine and assert the true Christian message about the duties of the respective sexes in their Sunday sermons, Sunday mornings would become “sausage parties” in very short order, and very tiny ones at that. Thus the perpetuation of the feminist-coddling lies and the ongoing disintegration of the earthly church as an institution.

  15. Nathan Bruno says:

You can feel the conservative time warp in the article; she’s stuck thinking as if it’s 1994, and her head is going to remain in the sand until she hears soothing lies that it’s somebody else’s fault.

The problem is no longer that there’s feminism out there. The problem is now that there are a bunch of ruined and worthless women out there. Who’s going to buy the marriage equivalent of a Chrysler 2.7?

Nobody wants a 30-something perpetual college girl who has an extra-marital notch count greater than the entire line of her female ancestors back to Eve. It was a punch line in a Merle Haggard song that women used to be able and willing to cook; they can’t do anything but use the iPhone now.

The nihilism is born in most cases from having sampled the product. It’s not eternal boyhood; it’s worthless women who are now in the third generation of being incapable of making any meaningful relationship. It was outre and tart social commentary for Ms Magazine to talk about compensating housewives for all the unpaid labor; it’s just sad when the third generation of idiot girls believe they are entitled to be compensated for “emotional labor” – because they have been shaped into the female equivalent of the sperg hung up on trains and electronics, the hungry mouth and unfillable stomach that believes it is owed money for every second of fabulousness.

That magazine is trash. It just wants to midwife more degeneracy. It repeats things from 30 years in the past as if they are relevant today. You lost, conservatives. You can’t be the loser sperg who just wants to replay that conversation, but this time, really get that zinger in and really stick it to the guy who upstaged you 30 years ago.

Good thing that the bicycle shortage is only getting worse.

  17. Burner Prime says:

    greenmantlehoyos:
“Hearing the beta orbiter say all that made me inwardly rejoice, that dude is on his way to being a man other men can trust.”

This is not correct and your sentence should say: “…dude is on his way to being a man other men can *NOT* trust.” The beta orbiter was doing what orbiters do. They badmouth other men to make themselves look better in the eyes of the center of mass object (of their unrequited affections). He spouted the usual: “Real men (LIKE me!) do x,y,z…” To which she “replied in admiration”… The orbiter is so happy now she threw him a bone, and his hopes have soared.

The orbiter’s behavior is an example of strategies men use to try to beat the competition and gain access to the poon. It all goes back to the fact there is a superabundance of reproductive aged males compared to reproductive aged females and the fierce competition it has brought. That is the root cause of the rise of feminism and accompanying degeneracy we see all over.

  18. It’s so fascinatimg to see them come riiiiiiiiiight up next to the real issue….and then just absolutwly refuse to acknowlesge it.

  19. feeriker says:

After reading the Evie about page, I would have described it as a secular Christian Cosmo.

“Secular Christian:” a new entry into the thesaurus of oxymorons. Then again, living in bizarro clown world, it makes sense that a term like this would be thrown around.

  20. Nowhere in the article does she grapple with the question of how women have responded to feminist indoctrination, or how women should go about undoing that indoctrination.

Yeah, I looked through the article and noticed that. There’s some vague gesture in the direction of “stop treating men as the enemy”, but she stops well short of suggesting women cherish men, or change their attitudes towards them.

I think she also gets the MGTOW attitude wrong. It’s not that women are seen by those men as super-competent mother figures who don’t need men because they’re so awesome. It’s that women are seen by those men as *believing* that, acting as if it’s true, and demanding everyone else do so too. But those same men regard the whole thing as a delusion.

Maybe that’s even harder for her to come to grips with than the hostility. It’s one thing for MGTOW men to be hostile to women because they’re intimidated by their brilliance. That’s unfortunate, but it’s flattering. Being hostile to them because they think women are overrun with shallow, deluded incompetents? Now that’s going to sting.

  21. vfm7916 says:

    “You lost, conservatives.”

Reason #1 to never describe yourself as a “cuckservative”. This is why there’s such a denigration and outcry at descriptive terminology such as nationalist, prepper, or other non-cuck terms. That vilification is intentional, as who would want to describe themselves other than cuckservative in the face of such slander? It intentionally pushes people to the left.

Appropriate their rhetoric to use as your own weapon: Call yourself a Deplorable or Reprehensible instead of a cuckservative.

  24. CSI says:

“It all goes back to the fact there is a superabundance of reproductive aged males compared to reproductive aged females and the fierce competition it has brought.”

That’s how it has always been throughout human history though. I’m reminded of the work of anthropologist Napoleon Chagnon, who found the stone age tribes he studied lived in a constant state of warfare, mostly over young women.

  25. 7817 says:

The excesses of the Puer Aeternus psychology, in turn, created the woman-hating subcultures of the MGTOWs, Incels, and PUAs. These manboys behave in hideous, imbecilic, vulgar and obnoxious fashion — in short, they’re borne out of their defective philosophical mother — the radical feminist.

Interesting that the conservative response to the manosphere lies in equating them with male feminists, instead of dealing with what the manosphere actually says.

Of course, becos the point was never to change women’s attitudes. The point isn’t to challenge women, or even feminism. The point of the article is to trash mgtow and the manosphere, and to get men who are waking up to go back to sleep. All under the veneer of taking a brave stand against feminism.

In other words, what the church has been doing for years now. In this regard, we are trailblazing!

  29. Lost Patrol says:

beta orbiter is ALREADY a man that cannot be trusted, he’s not becoming one. he is one.

And while he is indeed using beta game, “I’m better than them”, the fact that he is willing to even express out loud that women as a group are worthless instead of the usual trope about mgtow being sexless basement dwelling losers that didnt get to learn how to be a real man because their dad was a deadbeat is a positive sign.

If beta orbiters are at least beginning to:
    1) see mgtow has a point.
    2) Express the reasons for mgtow to a woman of their unrequited love.
    3) that shocks her until the hamster spins

is a sign of a shift in the world.

no way 5 years ago would a beta have answered her this way.

  35. Ex Philo says:

Anecdotal, but I have observed this sort of exchange played out more frequently lately. Usually, things are couched in more appealing terms, but the end message from men to women is “you just aren’t worth it”. If only women would listen. Shush, I know THAT won’t happen.

  36. Damn Crackers says:

@7817 – Feminists love to talk about the Proverbs 31 woman (& recast her as a career woman). “See, women are awesome. Scripture says so.” The Christian avoids both ditches.

So according to Michael Foster, a Christian man shouldn’t look to marry a woman like the one stated in Proverbs 31?

  37. 7817 says:

I don’t think that’s entirely the case. This is about keeping normal men manning up and marrying those sluts. From the article:

Mainstream male culture isn’t immune to the feminist rot either. Absentee, deadbeat fathers refusing to give up their hedonistic lifestyle is another manifestation of the Eternal Boy psychology.

They don’t want the mgtows or incels or pua’s (fake alphas). They want nice beta’s, or ideally, reformed alpha’s.

  38. TheTraveler says:

“The only trouble with a kitten is THAT
    Eventually, it becomes a CAT.”
    -Ogden Nash

You can’t change nature, as instituted by the Almighty. No matter how much the delusional “reformers” may want their “cute” perceptions about men, women, nature, and reality to last forever in an eternal New Age, sooner or later the situation will mature and reality will emerge. And it will be as unpleasantly different from the wishful thinking as CAT is to kitten.

The quote was chosen because a CAT is what so many of these clueless, self-absorbed neo-girls (can’t really call them women) will wind up with instead of a man and a family. It’s interesting how many befuddled “self actualized”(LOL) aging females post pics of their beloved cats–talk about a “run away!” signal for any self-respecting man, particularly if said CAT(s) are being held with tender affection.

Interestingly, Nash the noted pop-poet of the 1930s/40s, was a real growling woman-rejector (“Neanderthal patriarchal misogynist,” as present-day unlovely non-ladies would call this sensibly skeptical fellow) until he found a good woman and had a family. They wouldn’t like his married attitude any better: affectionate but un-whipped.

  39. Cane Caldo says:

    @7817

This is about keeping normal men manning up and marrying those sluts.

So then we agree. My comment was meant to point out that the article is focused on the need to corral middling men for her later use. by noting that the authoress doesn’t complain about men who successfully pick-up women, nor about men with whom she wants to do nothing.

  40. 7817 says:

The church response and conservative response to the manosphere is to stress Real Men work on provider traits, while making sympathetic noises about how bad those feminists are, without saying what women should actually DO.

Another good example of this is the latest podcast from Its Good To Be a Man, a biblical theology of attraction. It’s quite interesting that the hosts are really in favor of the manosphere’s idea of men as success objects. This ties right back to providership.

The third rail, as always, is tingles. Conservatives and church people avoid addressing this like the plague, because addressing this means accepting that women are as fallen as men, and that “conserving” what we have in modern relationships would be wicked.

  41. 7817 says:

Cane, right, I agree. Only part I disagree with is:

“So, Beta Friend, you’re telling me that there are men who are learning to please me, PUAs. Gee, don’t punish me with gifts!

I think they somewhat dislike Alpha’s despite their arousal, and hate fake alpha’s, pua’s.

  45. @Burner_Prime

No man you misunderstand, the fact that he accepts at all MGTOW may have a point and that women’s behavior is generally awful is a huge leap in the right direction. His kowtowing isn’t new, he’s done that before, saying he “doesn’t blame” men who are bailing on a rigged game is new and is an enormous leap forward. Interesting that the conservative response to the manosphere lies in equating them with male feminists, instead of dealing with what the manosphere actually says.

Pretty standard, in fact, sometimes strung up with other party favors such as “Peter pan manboy” and “living in his mother’s basement”, etc. All variations on the strawman fallacy, also an attempt to position the writer / speaker in some mythical middle ground.

“The manboys of the manosphere and the hairy legged feminists both excoriate me, because I am in the reasonable, moderate middle”. Doug Wilson does this rather predictably, just to pick one example. It’s a form of disingenuousness, if not outright dishonesty.

Actually dealing with what the manosphere says would require actually reading some text that directly contradicts “Women are Wonderful” which cuts right at a fundamental belief of traditional conservatives. Understanding what enables a women to be a “War Bride” is downright uncomfortable for a lot of men, because it smashes the romantic view of women to bits.

Note what Foster did not even hint about: the other places in Proverbs that reference women. Now, I wonder why he did that? Did he not know about them? Or did he just not want to deal with them? Why are so many preachers afraid of what’s in their own book? Scared that their wimmenfolks will yell at them, or what?

For example: Proverbs 21:9 and 21:19 come to mind. But not the mind of the pedestalizing pastor, of course. Paging Michael Foster…

PS: Still reading Deep Strength’s book, and he’s got a lot of blunt truth in there. I see some preachers are going to be unhappy (or perhaps unhaaaaaapy) with his theology.

  47. Charles B says:

@Swanny, re: Foster I think it’s the usual conservative dodge of trying *super* hard not to be associated with the Wrong Thinkers so that he doesn’t have to actually make a stand about anything. 48. American says:

@ Anonymous Reader: Per the correspondence theory of truth; if a female asserts that she is to be respected, then she must be respectable [emphasis added].

If she’s not respectable, then dismiss her assertion. And since all women are not respectable, all women are not to be respected (only those who are respectable).

And not respecting a person who is not respectable is not to be confused with actually disrespecting someone is not respectable. Two different things. Withholding respect is not the same thing as actively disrespecting.

A very good metaphor as that engine was trash. I think the new crop of GDI engines (I read that China banned Honda’s current GDI engine) mated with CVT transmissions will be the new comparison, and in some ways it’s even better. At first glance the GDi/CVT combo seems like a winner, more power and better fuel economy. But once it has some miles on the odometer it becomes “unhappy” and starts having expensive problems, especially the CVTs which seem to not last beyond 100K miles (and often less), but the Gasoline Direct Injection Engines have problems with valve carbon deposits and gasoline getting into the engine oil.

I’d say it’s once you get over 30 and your friends (i.e. the crowd you’ve gone along with since adolescence or first semester) are marrying and having kids. There’s a whole subReddit, “Where Are All The Good Men?” focusing on dating profiles, many of ladies who carouseled through their twenties, find the attention drying up in their 30s and genuinely wonder what’s happened. (There are also a fair few posts mocking the dating profiles and inflated mate requirements of the ugly or deluded, who are IMHO more to be pitied.)

There was a classic recently in the Guardian’s problems column – a 46 year old who had in her youth “dated very good-looking men and always fell for the wrong guys” despite being “not bad looking – I was never pretty” – and was puzzled where all those handsome guys who would “date” (*cough*) her when she was 26 had vanished to, and why no one had been interested in her for years and years. Fixed.
Because “Acta, non verba” doesn’t just apply to men. Girls who act respectably are a bit more likely to be respected.

Of course one proper response to a women asserting she is to be respected is an amused chuckle.

That article is good for multiple LOLz. Pappas’s pic tells a lot…like “how easy is it to get a JD at Yale? Well…” … and why she’s interested in castrating men. The fact that pushback comes from a black woman is entertaining, because whatever happened to female solidarity, eh?

This is what conservative feminists like to point to: “See, I’m not like that! I’m not like her! She’s a feminist, not me!” thus enabling the con-fems to consolidate all the female privilege from the 20th century while posing as “not a feminist”.

The rest of the bill, legalizing abortion all the way to labor & allowing anyone to perform one – this is part of a US nationwide push by the left, probably because they are anticipating some sort of reduction or rollback of Roe in the next few years. Plus it’s part of their overall agenda to control some populations.

Because the truth is not very nice. It is unsavory and unflattering to women.
And it includes an unacceptable degree of female responsibility and accountability for their own decisions. And that makes women feel sad.

It must be a tremendous mental relief, however, for women everywhere like Ms. Cheah to simply start the film at misogyny and leave out or forget everything else that led up to that. Just blame men for everything and then call it a day.

No! That is extremely unfair to children.

A child is very good at reciprocating good treatment. An adult female, by contrast, hates the polite, courteous man.

Morally, a 9 year old girl is more advanced than an adult woman.

I got Red-Pilled after nearly 2 decades of marriage, but if I hadn’t. Hi!

I’m moving to the LA area later this year and am trying to narrow down neighborhoods. I’m a single mom of a toddler so schools are a big deal. I’m looking in the West LA (Westwood, Brentwood, Culver City, Santa Monica) areas as well as around Sherman Oaks.

I’m an actress so being close to everything – for auditions and such- (as much as I can be) is important. I’d like a 3 bedroom, 2 bath but could do a 2 bedroom/den. I have to have an office because I also work from home. I’d ideally like to spend about $4k/month but no more than $5k.

I’m looking for a safe yet vibrant neighborhood that has great schools but also have enough activity for a single mother who may way to go out and meet people. I’m moving from Chicago.

    Thanks!

Single mom, moving to Los Angeles, to be an actress?

She also “works from home.” Doing what, I wonder. Blogging?

Yet she can afford $5,000 a month in rent. How so? Rich ex-husband? Trust fund? Inheritance?

Note that, though she’s a mom, she’s still interested in finding a “vibrant” place where she can “go out and meet people.” (Translation: Alpha Fucks.)

Most people aren’t inherently rotten, but hostile environments bring out the worst in people. It’s true that men want to be useful and protect women, but women have created an environment so hostile to men that the latter are now imitating female behavior by putting themselves first. I’ve visited a lot of countries in my time (I’m from Canada) and I’m frankly shocked by how much North American women get away with. In no other country outside the anglosphere could women get away with even a fraction of the stuff their western counterparts do. It’s unthinkable. They would likely end up in jail or an early grave. I also find it equally shocking that North American women have not the slightest idea of how appalling their behavior is and continue to push the envelope by making even more outlandish demands with each passing year.

I think the general problem is a lack of awareness. North Americans are so cut off from the rest of the planet that we think that the shitty quality of our women is the global norm. ALL WOMEN have the same base drives and impulses, but non-western societies do a decent job controlling their women’s feral instincts and prevent them from running amok.

If we’re limiting the “stupids” to only three, then I’d change “stupid sexual choices” to simply “stupid choices.” There is, unfortunately, a substantial portion of young women who have tattoos, odd piercings, and who like to swear, smoke, drink, and do drugs. Many who display those traits and habits also typically have a kid or two out of wedlock, and while being an unwed mom would obviously fall under “stupid sexual choices,” all of the aforementioned traits would be covered under “stupid choices.” You might even see “Christian” tattoos on such women or notice them quote and promote scripture on their social media pages. Do you believe that women created this environment in North America?
    I don’t.
I think it was men who created this situation for themselves.
It was men who created the rod for our own backs by granting women rights and authority without assuming the commensurate responsibilities and accountability that must come along with it.
The result of this decision by men has been low birth rates, low marriage rates, familial breakdown, high STIs, societal dysfunction, injustice and governmental intervention to the degree bordering on tyranny.

Also, women in Mexican or Kenya or Cambodia may not be able to fathom what their American and Canadian sisters are “getting away with”. But put the Mexican, Kenyan or Cambodian women in her shoes, and she will respond accordingly.

I don’t blame women one iota for feeling and responding as they do. They believe anything you tell them as long as it’s complementary to them or reinforces the victim narrative. If you criticize anything about common female behavior, then you are a misogynist.

I think we men are responsible for the situation and the environment.

I am in disagreement with you laying the sin and blame solely at the feet of men, the category. If you look into the history lots of men and their wives viciously opposed sufferage, abortion, divorce law changes, de-segregation, opening up of heretical laws. There were riots! That they failed does not mean you are just to lay blame on them, muchless the fact that it was both genders on each side.

It was tolerance that did the US in. They tolerated marxists and somesuch in the positions of authority in academia and the church because ‘tolerance is good right?’ and they proceeded to abuse the social trust and install a culture and ruling class sympathetic to their satanic views. To guess, I would say that the greatest generation’s society was so uniform in its Christian views that they assumed everyone either had them or could have them.

Reading all of the above makes me think about Michael Chrichton’s “The Lost World”, the second Jurassic Park novel. The chapters were broken down into iterations based on a chaos theory model, with an stability – instability – stability process. Looking back to the past and trying to find fault, blame, etc. while in the transition with disorder will distract from the required adaptations that will aid the transition back toward a future stable state.

Looking back at history is not negative, but looking to assign moral blame is. Examining traditional European nations will show that even through internal and external war there were strong common institutions that held cultures together, from traditionalism in life, to Christianity, to certain forms of government. Those formed the basis for culture. Turning back to the book, one of the plots is that due to a brain wasting disease few animals survived long enough to transfer an ordered behavior to their young.

What you’re seeing in American, and to some extent Western, culture at the moment is that lacking strong culture transmitting institutions the prior common culture fragments and behavior modifies for short term pleasure. All of you here see this. However, what you choose to do in this fractured culture still matters.

There’s a significant faction what wants to just lounge by the poolside and enjoy the decline. From the standpoint of individuality that’s fine. You just have to accept the consequences. For those who choose not to lounge at the poolside, the future is going to suck. I have no idea how bad, or how much, but I have hope that my children will see the backside of the chaotic transition that’s forthcoming.

Worry not about assigning blame for the past. It would be far better to understand the causes of our current cultural fragmentation and then choose not to repeat them. Then look forward, figure out what choices represent the moral good, and go make those choices. Transmit both the good choices and what not to do to your offspring, if you have any.

The boys know they’re hated, but their conditioning won’t let them admit to themselves why. They slink around like pariahs, and are pathetically grateful for even a kind word. The girls, of course, react badly to not being worshipped, but I’m neither a virtue signaller nor a dirty old man (the REAL reason otherwise intelligent mature men pretend these often-idiotic girls are something special), so I don’t give a darn.

For some reason, the Almighty is permitting this mass destruction of masculinity. Lots of guys tried to fight it when feminism really took hold in the 50s and 60s, but were brutally crushed.

There are guys who try, even today, but they get smashed, as God has let Lucifer and his feminist/collectivist minions take over society’s driver’s seat. No other explanation fits. It is not without His indulgence that every single stronghold of decency — Christian churches, the military, organizations with a manly mission–have been so destructively compromised.

We can only keep trying, and hoping that God will let the good guys finally start winning for a change.

Someone has probably made this point already, but I’m going to make it while I’m thinking about it.

This is happening more and more with women writing about intersexual relationships. First, they get what’s going on with men wrong . In this case it’s Cheah’s description of MGTOW. She’s describing only the incel wing of MGTOW.

The second thing they do is a version of “feminism is bad because it’s hurting men, masculinity is good and we have to find ways not to demonize men or masculinity.”

    Followed by

“But we have to do it in such a way that women do not ever have to change. Men have to change to accommodate “good” feminism. Women are not the problem. Women never are the problem. Individual women and the way they act or treat individual men – these things are not the problem. Ultimately, men have to change and individual men have to change.”

  118. thedeti says:

“We have to make sure that when we do this, we are not suggesting that women need to change, need to take any responsibility, or accommodate anything. Because they don’t. Men have to change and grow up and man up.”

  120. What can men do?
    The answer is easy.
Men have to rescind female voting rights permanently.
Do that, and we will have at least a chance to undo the damage of the last millennia.
We gave it a shot. It didn’t work out.
Now it’s time for a change.

Of course, my saying that sounds sexist, misogynistic and will no doubt rile the blue-pilled conditioning within our own heads that we cannot seem to shake.

But if you think about it critically, most of the issue plaguing modern society and culture would dramatically be improved if the political rights of women were commensurate with their legal and financial accountability and responsibility level. No where is this more poignantly obvious than current levels of government invention, and the programs designed to substitute the roles of husbands, fathers, mothers and wives. The welfare state needs to be dramatically amended, and the role of family needs to be fortified and incentivized. Women, and politicians of all persuasions pandering to them, have passed legislation guaranteeing the opposite outcome.

I realize this sounds crazy, but either way this same correction is going to happen regardless of what men decide to do now, or refuse to do.

We as men can either make this change while modern society is relatively still intact, while we still have measured prosperity and freedom, abundance of food and water, technological advancement sand automation, peace and tranquility.

Or we can wait and watch it all unfold (and fall apart) under far less pleasant circumstances like economic collapse, war, famine, disease, and invasion.

I know which path and outcome I would prefer.

In the US, that would require an Amendment to the Constitution. We all recall from US Gov class how that works, right? First both houses of Congress, then a majority – what kind?- of State legislatures. Can you name the last Amendment that actually was enacted?

Tell you what, take on an easier challenge: roll back Roe vs. Wade. That only requires a Supreme Court decision. Piece of cake, right? It’s been about to happen real-soon-now for over 40 years.

Look this kind of fantasy isn’t even credible. Why not focus your energy on things that can actually be achieved? Start with your own social circle. Many men find that enough of a challenge, certainly I do.

Reality will soon bite us, and as we struggle for existential survival “stopped reverencing” will seem like a treat, as the “kickass womenzzz!!!” find themselves kicked to the curb by real men, whether those who emerge to fight for our side, or by the hordes who overwhelm us, .

  131. Anonymous Reader says:

Warthog, history is full of war brides once you know what to look for. A classic example is the women of Germany after the end of WW II. Many women – especially widows – in Germany after WWII married Allied soldiers (American, British, French, Soviet). They switched loyalties from German men to foreign men. They were just as loyal to their new men as to the previous one. This is a feature, not a bug.

  135. Warthog says:

@AnonymousReader, “Warthog, history is full of war brides once you know what to look for.”

Yes, it was even so common that the Law of Moses standardized how to do it properly.

    From Deuteronomy 21:
“When you go out to war against your enemies, and the Lord your God delivers them into your hand, and you take them captive, and you see among the captives a beautiful woman, and desire her and would take her for your wife, then you shall bring her home to your house, and she shall shave her head and trim her nails. She shall put off the clothes of her captivity, remain in your house, and mourn her father and her mother a full month; after that you may go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife. And it shall be, if you have no delight in her, then you shall set her free, but you certainly shall not sell her for money; you shall not treat her brutally, because you have humbled her.”

It’s interesting that this sort of demonstrates what Rollo was saying. The reason for shaving her head and trimming her nails, is to facilitate her change in religion to the new covenant and new people who she was captured by and married. Hair and long nails are the glory of a woman. Her old glory is cut off, and her new glory will have grown only in the house of her new husband. (Plus this prevented importing lice…)

If women are so capable of changing their beliefs in response to a new dominant man in their life, it explains why the Bible treats women as if they have no agency.

  136. Warthog says:

    “The answer is easy.

Yes, it was even so common that the Law of Moses standardized how to do it properly.

Another example from the Bible is Bathsheba. Leaving aside her hypergamy, she sexually submitted to the Alpha who sent her husband off to get killed, and birthed more than one child for that Alpha. That’s a War Bride.

Someone somewhere famously compared women to water: water takes the shape of whatever it is poured into, whether a vase, a glass, a bowl, etc. and so do women.

If women are so capable of changing their beliefs in response to a new dominant man in their life, it explains why the Bible treats women as if they have no agency.

It also explains why cults often have more female converts than male.

This explodes a lot of Romantic illusions, and so people don’t want to look at it or think about it. One can close one’s eyes to reality, but reality is still gonna be there later on.

I am afraid she did not get my vote, but as I jested to the teller it does not matter for whom I vote because (that White-Knighting Pussy-worshiping Mangina) the CEO always remains in power to enforce the dictats of central government – the councilors being no more than cannon-fodder. My Mother was at the time engaged to be married but her fiancee was a prisoner of the Japanese. Sometime during WW2 my Mother attended a cards party (whist or whatever) and among the guests was one German Army Officer released for the evening from his own Prison confines (interesting is it not). I always imagine him as tall blond and handsome and straight out of The Sound of Music or Cabaret but perhaps because of her fiancee’s predicament which after all was hardly the fault of the Germans my Mother was determined to win at the said card game. She did so but I always rather suspect that had the German won I might have been not merely somewhat older than I am but half German. In the event, after 1945, she did not marry her then freed fiancee.

If women want to lead they should, they should also do all the hard work and be held accountable for it.

However I think it a MGTOW movement actually got of significant size the gynocracy/government would move to attack it directly, by targeting single men by withdrawal of benefits, additional criminal enforcement, a man tax, even up to public “othering” of various sorts. The venom that is being heaped on “incels” based on the (mischaracaterized) actions of a few sociopath outliers is educational.

  145. Nick Mgtow says:

Poetentiate, the MGTOW movement is growing. I’ve been aware of it since 2012, and it has grown beyond what we expected.

I mean, those guys are the reliable guys women want to marry, even after they wasted their youth/beauty/best years on bad boys.

If suddenly, those guys don’t work hard anymore, don’t marry, play video games… things can go south really quickly!

And yeah, governments have eyes on the MGTOW movements and won’t hesitate to label them when more and more idiots are going to go rogue.

Trying to find a relevant post to share this article on… It has several of the Dalrock themes in one story.

A webcam “model” (whore) died by accidentally strangling herself while performing for a client who was watching via the internet. The article entirely blames the man for the stupid whore removing herself from the gene pool, even while painting her as an innocent icon of virtue.

“Barden’s mother said her daughter — who worked as a disability carer but became a webcam girl to earn extra money — was ‘beautiful and intelligent’ and called for better regulation of the industry.”

And thus we see that no matter how stupid and immoral a woman can be, it is always a man’s fault when she suffers the consequences of her choices.

And while great sympathy is shown to the woman who died by her own hand in the act of doing a filthy degraded sexual performance, no sympathy whatsoever is shown to the man died in his prison cell awaiting charges.

Somehow the woman performing sex acts for money is virtuous but the man paying for the same sex act is a “pervert”.
