Shame on him who thinks evil of it.

The Daily Mail has a new article up naming and shaming a young man who is accused* of privately telling his (then) girlfriend the dress she bought was too slutty: US high school student, 16, who dumped her slut-shaming boyfriend after he said her prom dress ‘showed too much skin’ finally reveals the offending gown – but says she WON’T be attending

Slut shaming is one of the gravest sins of our feminist age, but it is not merely a feminist sin. Slut shaming is also a sin against chivalry. This goes all the way back to the 1300s and the Order of the Garter, Britain’s highest order of chivalry.  The founding motto of the Order of the Garter shames any man who commits the sin of slut shaming:

Honi soit qui mal y pense (Shame on him who thinks evil of it)

In the case of the slut shaming boyfriend, it was the girl’s father who wanted the world to know who had sinned against his daughter in this way:

The teen had initially kept her ex’s identity anonymous, but her father, Kevin Witham told DailyMail.com: ‘My daughter’s ex-boyfriend’s name is Justice Champion he is a 19-year old boy who lives in a nearby town.

‘In the past I met him a few times and I was really impressed by him. Justice graduated from high school last year. His father is a local policeman in the area.’

Not surprisingly, many of the responses the Daily Mail recounted came from a chivalrous perspective:

‘We love a queen that knows her self worth!!!!!!!!!’ one user wrote to the teen.

‘Yes girl drop that boy and find yourself a real man!’

One man who stepped up to the plate even offered to be a stand-in for her prom date writing: ‘If you need someone to give you a great night and treat you the way you deserve let me know. You deserve better than that. Respect.’

Her father’s attitude strikes me as a natural blending of both chivalry and feminism:

Her father added: ‘Madison is a strong young women and wasn’t expecting all of the media attentions she had garnered from all of this.

‘But she is happy with the amount of followers she is getting on Instagram.’

Girls’ nane is “Madison” that says enough there. Giving boy / boyish names to names to girls is really stupid. In my church, there is a girl named Hayden. Another named Kinsey (mommy is either really, really repressed or really really kinky). One named Colin.

Any woman (or father) that wans to give her daughtera boysih name isn’t edgy. It’s really dumb.

If I ever had children was gonna give them names that you would only see on people who work in diners like Madge, Vern, Mel…..

Props to the guy for having the balls to call out his girlfriend for wearing such a revealing dress. If she will dump him for having those standards, she did him a favor by breaking up with him. saved him a bunch of trouble down the road.

So the odds are now that if a boy gives his opinion of a dress then it’s okay to paste his name all over International media? In a bid to what? AMOG!? Just exactly what are they trying to prove? That men are not allowed to have their own opinions if they offend someone else?

  6. feministhater says:

  7. The Question says:

The long-term fallout and consequences of this story are infinitely worse than the fact that people freaked out over the boyfriend’s slutshaming. If he had done this publicly in front of others, it would have been a separate matter – though it would have still proved Dalrock’s point.

An indignant brat unnecessarily choose to make a private matter and conversations public, and her father not only supported her, but basically “doxxed” the boy in revenge. We can only assume the boy is facing all sorts of retaliation one way or another, not to mention humiliation.

Other boys will look at this and take it into consideration before asking a girl out to prom or dating them for that matter, because this story makes it clear that it is a girl’s right to publicly humiliate a boy or man who shows any interest in her, and destroy his public image if she gets outraged by what he says or does.

    It goes deeper.

Most Americans don’t know that ‘female’ names like Lindsay, Ashley, Beverley, Vivian, Courtney, Kimberley, Aubrey, Leslie, etc. are actually male names, in that in Britain men are given these names and did long before 1776, but Americans have been naming girls with these names since at least 1945.

Americans do have this weird obsession with creating androgyny everywhere, that predates the modern era. America is the only country where a significant number of men who narrate TV commercials have high-pitched, effeminate voices.

  9. Anon says:

I am delighted that post-wall sluts and their cartoonish fathers are going to have to divide the small pie of the father’s retirement savings when the daughter is 40 and the father is 75. Remember, the father is paying a separate alimony stream to the ex-wife (the mother of the daughter).

Always transfer the costs of misandry onto manginas and cuckservatives. Always. Then, the edifice will collapse.

Exactly! What the F are they thinking?! All he gave was his opinion that the dress looked too slutty. That was his grave so called ‘sin’. Ohhhh, he’s so bloody controlling, right?! A man giving his opinion now constitutes being ‘controlling’. Yep. Nice going, that’s sure to let guys know how loving and caring you ladies are, right?

  11. ‘But she is happy with the amount of followers she is getting on Instagram.’

In your face, anyone who accused her of being a show-off!

  12. feministhater says:

I would accuse her of being a narcissist. She could have ended the whole saga by breaking it off and leaving it be. Destroying this young man’s life over him saying that the dress looked slutty….. is society fucking insane? Is the Daily Mail fucking insane?

  13. Gunner Q says:

    From linked article:

“Responding to her text, the boyfriend wrote back: ‘You look like a slut b. No offense.’

“Disgusted by his remarks, Madison quickly shut him down saying: ‘I’ll stick with the dress and get myself a new man, bye.’

Madison has since received a heap of support on social media from users praising her for dumping her cruel boyfriend.”

Wow, cruelty doesn’t mean what it used to. It’s astonishing that men would praise a girl for such poor behavior. What are they going to get in return for fluffing her ego? Not even a hello.

  14. c matt says:

This is bad enough, but imagine the outrage if he had said the dress made her look FAT!!

  15. Josh says:

  18. Bonald says:

Thanks for bringing this up, Dalrock. I variation I very commonly see in news stories is that a high school girl is told by school authorities not to dress so revealingly, and online outrage ensues. This may be the first time I’ve heard them going after another student for expressing such an opinion, or a father giving out the boy’s name to encourage retaliation against him. The news articles are always creepy, though, with the media’s message of “Don’t you dare comment on a girl’s immodesty, or we will destroy you.”

On the other hand, if Justice plays this right and never backs down/never apologizes, he could attract quality women that are not sluts, or at the least, are not outward sluts (which is a big chunk of the battle).

I hope he does not submit to the mob action that is likely following him around.

  22. 7817 says:

When I first found Dalrock, I thought I had woman problems. Now I know better.

Just like in the garden of Eden, the problem men face is proper self ownership.

Feminist men commit the sin of Adam (submission to women) and work to punish any man who does not do the same thing.

Feminist men in the church may be unaware, but they hold the most guilt in this regard, because there truth is right in front of them.

    God help us.

When I first found Dalrock, I thought I had woman problems. Now I know better.

It’s the same story over and over again. Women are deceived and choose to sin and then men either go along with it or say ‘no’. The problem now is that sin for women is good according to society and thus any man who says otherwise gets punished.

You can say it’s feminist men and push overs as much as you like but women still choose to do so, they are so easily deceived it’s a joke. They are so easily deceived because they want to be and what they are told tickles their ears. If women weren’t like that, they wouldn’t be so easily deceived, now would they? Of course not.

  29. Original Laura says:

    @seventiesjason

At a baby name website that I looked through one time when I was expecting a grandchild, a few of the mommies on the website were laughing about the fact that whenever women gave “unisex” names to their firstborn daughters, any subsequent son was saddled with a name so masculine that it was almost militaristic.

There was general agreement among the mommies that giving your daughter a name that wasn’t feminine tended to limit the family’s naming choices when and if a baby boy was born later on.

Another aspect to the decision to give a baby girl a boyish name is that it tends to send her a message that the parents weren’t 100% thrilled to have had a daughter.

Some mothers of sons also complain that the parents giving their daughters boys’ names end up feminizing some of the more unusual names that were previously given to boys, which over time reduces the choice of names available to give to boys. For example, Shirley was a boy’s name up until it became the name of Shirley Temple in the 1930s. More recently, Courtney and Ashley were names for boys before the 1970s.

  30. 7817 says:

Of course woman have agency, and are responsible for their sin, but on a societal basis, the answer to the question “Who bitch is this” is either some feminist father or husband that refused to take authority, or the government authorities that do not allow men the proper use of authority.

Bitches exist. The problem is the government and societal structures which forcibly prevent men from civilizing them.

  31. earl says:

Somebody stated that it’s not the women who are problem, but that the white knights and feminist men that are the ones pushing all of this.

Between DODO fathers, the state, cuck pastors, and general woman worshipers…it’s quite easy to see what happens when a man ‘disrespects’ their idol.

If he maintains his standards and frame in the face of the onslaught, then he demonstrates fitness. It’s not fair to him, but unfair circumstances are an opportunity to show off the value underneath.

  35. feeriker says:

Far from weak men “screwing feminism up,” they are actually powerful vectors for it, as manginas like Kevin Witham prove. Notice too his female passive-aggresiveness in doxxing the ex-boyfriend. He deserves to have the shit beaten out of him for that bitch move alone.

All of that said, Justice Champion is indeed one very blessed young man to be rid of skank-ho Madison and her mangina faggot daddy. Good riddance to toxic rubbish.

Here’s another of her tweets: “ God will put you back together in front of the people that broke you “

This is why Artificial Intelligence is going to be catastrophic for women by around 2025. AI will infuse into more and more decisions, and treat people equally. This is a dramatic downgrade to the immense level of pampering that women receive.

And no, it will not ‘be programmed to continue feminism’. That is not possible, since one would have to know to do that (which itself is inherently mutually exclusive with the presence of feminist-biased thought), and it also fails to take into account that endless woman-pampering is anti-productivity, and the AI tasked with clinical productivity will rapidly outcompete the ones tasked with woman-worship (see : any tech company run by women just for the sake of having a female CEO vs. those run by men).

Rather, the AI will treat people equally. Women will assume this benefits them, but the reality will be quite the opposite.

If a man manipulates a woman, he’s a bad guy. But if a woman manipulates a man, he’s a bad guy for falling for it.

LOVE the lock-key analogy, Spike. Unfortunately, it would never occur to most DODOs today and would probably sail right over their slutty, dense daughters’ heads even if they were conscientious enough to point it out.

But exercising such paternal responsibilities these days is considered abuse, dontcha know? If daughter doesn’t accuse Dad of abuse, feminist, enabling Mom will.

Believe me, I know what it’s like to be a DODO with a rebellious daughter and an equally rebellious, feminist wife who enables and amplifies her WORST behavior. It’s enough to make you want to change your anti-abortion stance and make you sympathize with extremist Islam.

I don’t have a daughter, but I do have a rebellious wife. It was what introduced me to the Red Pill. Since then I have found ways to control the worst excesses of her behavior, which she quietly attenuated without ever apologizing (gotta love feminine solipsism).

The kicker for her was that I told her, 3 times in succession, ”You will behave like that (feminist) until a woman like you separates your son from his children”.

I do understand the loneliness and the danger. As a DODO, it would be amplified for every extra female in contention.

True…hinting at or outright pointing out a woman is dressed immodestly is grounds for the pitchforks and torches. It certainly should start with the father setting boundaries if she’s starting to go the immodest route. That particular dress showed too much bare back.

Since prom dress contraversies are now a major news story in Femerica…compare to the other big one where the white girl from Utah wore a Chinese type dress and chose it because it was more modest. Then when man allegedly shivs girl for slutty dress, dad AMOGS with passive aggressive feminine social outing so the gelded herd of white knights can signal thier feminine compliance and run him out of town.

This is a very sick culture. But these stories are instructive to my understanding more about why young women I meet are so dead inside.

Its not just the narcisim, though that is certainly part; it is something else, a spiritual void that they are desperately trying to fill.

I think it is too bad no one has asked the girl and her Dad to define what a slut is. On second thought, asking them to think about what they are outraged about just seems mean.
If they were forced to give a real answer, what do you think they would reply?

How much do want to wager the Mom dresses like her? I was passing by the stadium when the 40,000 plus university was having it’s graduation ceremony a few weeks ago. Not more than 10 percent of women under 50 were dressed appropriately, the rest of the women were wearing Opus-approved outfits. (:

    “Man Made” by Mark Brahmin

For a different age I was born, Every man has once said,
Where each was to honor sworn, Rather to all this cowardice bred,
Thus for a gilded time we mourn, Insisting such days forever dead

Yet of all the feelings ever known, longing for a time not your own,
is when true cowardice is shown, especially if dark the age is grown,
for like dawn light in black sown, all darkness will be overthrown.

    All darkness will be overthrown.

Instead one is given a great gift, born in darkness and darkest days,
he’s given trials, mountains to lift,
Aye, the very minotaur in his maze,
he’s called to be strong, to be swift,
a hero upon which his sons gaze.

So appear you king or appear you slave,
among the good or a people strayed,
with actions now, the future pave,
for the coward is he who delayed,
product of his age, cradle to grave,
but an age makes not, it is man made.

    It is man made.

I dont think its going to end there. It is obvious that the boy was raised to have better values and self respect. It is no surprise that his father is a cop. Cops protect each other. I am sure that they are already dealing with it behind close doors. Theyll probably deal with the girls father through litigation by claiming libel and by harrasments…calls and stops by cops. The girls father portrayed himself as a cowardly wimp by directly attacking the boy. The world will soon see that is the case very obviously. His father wont stand back and do nothing.

Of course woman have agency, and are responsible for their sin, but on a societal basis, the answer to the question “Who bitch is this” is either some feminist father or husband that refused to take authority, or the government authorities that do not allow men the proper use of authority.

    Trenchant observation.

However, I am compelled to point out your glaring grammatical error.

In post-murikan patois, the appropriate construction of phrase “hark, good sirs, kindly remonstrate with this obstreperous shrew” is “who bitch this is,” spoken “whooobish!; this-is?”

Since prom dress contraversies are now a major news story in Femerica…compare to the other big one where the white girl from Utah wore a Chinese type dress and chose it because it was more modest. The brainwashers of course had a conneption fit because of ‘cultural appropriation’ but I think that was a cover up for what they were really wailing about.

Meanwhile, not a single Chinese person was offended by her “cultural appropriation”, many where actually pleased and flattered.

The collusion of this slut-in-training’s daddy in exacting revenge on some high-school boy is typical of the ruling dynamic across the Feminist West. As I’ve mentioned before, the secret-driver of the West’s feminist religion are the parents — especially dads — of daughters. Co-opting the dads with endless incentives — financial, material, psycho-social — is the key to maintaining both the feminist State and Churches. It’s the demographic jackpot.

Research a ‘conservative’ medium like Breitbart, you’ll find agreement by ‘conservative’ men with Princess Daddy’s actions, and with the western gynarchies in general. And these men will attempt to shame, silence, and if necessary hurt any male who doesn’t toe the feminist line. Then high-five each other.

In all of America and the West, who looks after the interests and welfare of the boys of those nations? The answer is NOBODY. Instead, boys are targets, like men. Even the supposed conservatives and Christians are predatory fembots.

Once upon a time I couldn’t quite grasp Christ saying there might not be anyone faithful left when He showed. I get it now. Man is He gonna stomp this place.

Imagine how long feminism would last if the white knights, cuck pastors, DODOs, and manginas weren’t involved. These men need to learn there are consequences to supporting this type of woman.

All of this stems from arrested development and concomitant failure to lead.

Absolutely on-thread. The comments overflow with chivalric virtue-signaling. I especially like the comparison of Patterson to a Muslim–because *real Christians* love that divorce empowers women unlike those cretins east of us.

Indeed. His first order of business upon return is going to be the purging of the church, the separation of “the wheat from the tares.” As I’ve mentioned before, that’s going to be epic in its ugliness. Hell is going to have a considerably larger population then most churchians realize.

These men need to learn there are consequences to supporting this type of woman.

They’re incapable of learning. They’ll go to their graves ruined, still believing they did the right thing by princess.

False. We have been over this many times.

    1) A ‘feminist’ programmer would have to know that they are biased, and that women do in fact get special treatment rather than oppression.
    2) An AI that deliberately makes decisions that lower productivity (i.e. feminist decisions) will be quickly outcompeted by those that simply increase productivity first and foremost (a process that invariably demotes women).

Not to mention the fact that Deep Learning and Unsupervised learning don’t work that way.

    https://www.theblaze.com/news/2018/05/24/president-of-southwestern-baptist-theological-seminary-removed-following-remarks-to-abused-women

Thanks. I hadn’t seen that. I hate to see anyone be taken out by a SJW lynch mob, but Patterson has a long history of trying to have it both ways. He and his wife Dorothy were founding members of the CBMW. He and his wife also created women’s studies programs at each of the two seminaries he was head of:

[Dorothy] Patterson, along with her husband, were instrumental in establishing women’s studies programs at Southwestern and at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where Paige Patterson was president until his election at Southwestern in 2003.

Dorothy Patterson was the only woman in the founding of the Council for Biblical Manhood and Womanhood

The Vox.com article on the subject accurately calls his removal a huge moment for #MeToo:

The move comes shortly after the Washington Post broke the story that Patterson had encouraged a woman not to report her rapist: one of many controversial gender-based comments Patterson had made over the years.

Following the link from the Vox article, the woman who accused him of covering for her rapist was a woman’s studies major:

The woman said that she was raped in 2003 when she was pursuing a master of divinity degree in women’s studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C., where Paige Patterson was president at the time.

    @Dalrock

I followed the Patterson story on Rod Dreher’s blog. I don’t want to jump into an intra-Baptist fight, but it seems like another Christian circular firing squad.

We don’t know what happened between the ‘rapist’ and the ‘victim’, but the seminary had a rule against a woman student inviting a man to her room. She was ‘raped’. Was she really raped, or did the young man think he was finally getting LUCKEEEEE! I don’t know.

Some of Dreher’s female commenters slam Patterson for talking about a 16 yr. girl’s body. ‘OHHHH she’s a child’. Young boys and men like to look at 16 yr. old ‘children’. My great grandfather married one. She had 8 children by age 31. (The eighth was my grandpa).

If Dreher is the prophet of the Benedict Option, I don’t have confidence in the future of institutional Christianity in the Western world.

Which is a conservative feminist organization, of course. I propose the following definition:

Feminism: An ideology that places the needs, wants, desires, wishes, whims, etc. of women above everything else. Feminism elevates women above children, above men, above the law, above the survival of civilization.

Feminism is “women always first”. Comments? In the context of this blog, does this definition make sense theologically?

  99. Slut shaming is the one thing that keeps women in check in many countries. When you remove slut-shaming, feminism happens.

  100. Strefanasha says:

Of course slut shaming is a great sin for under feminism there is no such thing as a slut. She is allowed to tempt men by her dress and manner any way she pleases while totally feigning all lack of awareness thereof or in fact being so self preoccupied as to have no awareness of such. I for one grow weary of feminism claiming that men have Original Sin of maleness while women are the stuff of angels

  101. Kevin says:

What’s worse the father who makes silly threats he cannot back up to the boyfriend or the date who celebrates his daughters slutiness.

It occurs to me that one thing that has been lost- men used to be more respectful of other men. If the boyfriend thought the prom dress was slutty a dad in days past would not have necessarily agreed but he would not likely have thrown the other man under the bus. He would discuss it man to man. But now men cannot even relate to other men.

Also, it used to be that moms were the parent that emotionally defended the child at all costs while the father could be a dispassionate observer and see that his daughter could have messed up. Now the fathers are emotional cheerleaders no matter what their daughters do. This father is celebrating his daughter has more Instagram followers – what has become of us?

Yes…call it another fruit of feminism. Not only have women lost respect of men, other men have lost respect for men.

We can have disagreements and arguements…but that’s not reason to look upon another man as inferior. He is made in the image and likeness of God as well.

  104. DrTorch says:

It occurs to me that one thing that has been lost- men used to be more respectful of other men.

Yes, that’s a huge piece of the puzzle, and not very well explored from what I’ve read. In fact, just the opposite.

Heartiste, VD and some others will tell you that “physiognomy is real” and that their lack of romantic interests is evolutionary biology. Meanwhile, they are busy coaching betas, gammas (or whatever term they prefer) on how to improve their SMV/MMV. So there is some hypocrisy there.

But what is lacking is the explanation that gammas get that way not from rejection of women, but largely from rejection by their peers as boys. A dominating mother who throws (often weak) father out of home exacerbates that condition of course. All female elementary school teachers, and female administrators throughout the schools perpetuate it.

Nevertheless, few are talking about how boys need reliable peers to give them the confidence they need to be strong in SMV/MMV. (Kudos to John Eldridge, b/c he did emphasize that) Confidence, leadership, strength…those don’t occur in a vacuum. They are fostered by being with a trustworthy band of brothers. I recently wrote on disqus, perhaps that is what the patriarchy is.

We should strive to bring back institutions and structures that facilitate bonding between boys. All boys. That’s one of several reasons why the cartoon masculinity shown by the ridiculous, false comments of Oscar and Earl is so antithetical to the themes of this board.

Physiognomy isn’t an SMV thing and having made a considerable personal study of it, I guarantee it isn’t something intuitive enough to be part of evolutionary biology any more than math is. For the most part. The people who stud their lips with fish hooks, yeah, it’s okay to instinctively feel uncomfortable around them.

It’s ironic that Heartiste, the guy who turned me on to physiognomy, is himself a poor practitioner of it because of his faith in evopsych.
