Hilarious

Courtesy of Vox Day:

Perhaps the concept is a little easier to grasp when it isn’t a pretty cartoon character warbling, but Leo Moracchioli doing what is a more aesthetically honest version of the song. The only thing that would really improve upon the song is a video full of tattooed strippers on poles doing drugs that ends with snow falling upon a grave with a woman’s name and dates indicating that she died in her 20s.

    @Dalrock

It just occurred to me how radically different the message of Frozen is to an older Disney film Pinocchio.

In that movie, the male puppet character is assigned a conscience to teach him right from wrong. One of the songs says to “take the straight and narrow path.” The puppet gets chastised and punished for lying. After a YOLO-style party on pleasure island in which kids indulge in their every wish, they all turn into donkeys and are sold. Finally, the film ends with Pinocchio giving up his life for his “father” – the reward for that is his humanity.

It is a film about a boy rejecting his baser self and desires in pursuit of higher virtue, whereas Frozen is about a girl being “true to herself.”

The social double standards and the truth about men’s and women’s base natures has been expressed in music since…. the creation of music.

I pulled out some old CDs the other day that I hadn’t listened to in years and played them on a long car trip. Seeing, er… listening to them through a more enlightened viewpoint is quite interesting. Here are 2 songs from the same album – Heart’s 1985 5x platinum, chart-topping album “Heart”. In 1985 it didn’t occur to me how obviously hypergamous and FI this was…

Track 1: “If Looks Could Kill”

Caught you in the act, can’t put up with that
    Messing where you shouldn’t be
I want to hear you say you’re sorry
Cause nobody takes advantage of me

Track 9: “What He Don’t Know”

He don’t know that you been coming around
He don’t know that we been out of bounds
Things we do are better left unsaid
You and me can never keep our heads
    What he don’t know
    Will never hurt him

I’m almost scared to go through the rest of my old CDs – it’ll trash my fond feelings for a lot of them.

  8. Red Pill Latecomer says:

[Pinocchio] is a film about a boy rejecting his baser self and desires in pursuit of higher virtue, whereas Frozen is about a girl being “true to herself.”

That’s consistent with feminized philosophy. Boys have a “baser self and inner desires.” But girls are inherently wonderful, so being “true to herself” only leads to good things.

I just read an article on the Left obliterating gender roles, written by cucked tradcon Dennis Prager: http://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/268413/feminization-america-bad-world-dennis-prager

    Prager wrote: Men need women to soften their intrinsic aggressive nature and to help them control their predatory sexuality;

So, men have a “predatory sexuality.” Unlike women. And men need women to control this inner evil.

Perhaps the Frozen princess, after being “true to herself,” will be able to help Pinocchio suppress his “baser self and inner desires.”

  9. Red Pill Latecomer says:

A new film, Atomic Blonde, is the latest in the kick-ass, bad-ass warrior women genre. This one seems to be about a female James Bond.

She not only single-handedly kills groups of enemy men, but she also gets the girl. There’s a lesbian love scene thrown in.

Women are not only better fighters than men. They make better lovers for other women.

  10. stickdude90 says:

Don’t worry, we’ll have an *actual* female James Bond within the next few movies. I’m sure of it.

In Pinocchio, the film, we see the beneficial fruits of his journey, which leads to a happy ending (needless to say, Disney would NEVER make a film today about a boy that has a hsppy, positive ending).

We need a red-pill filmmaker to make that sequel to Frozen that ends with

In New York City, women sanitation workers (i.e., garbage women), are forced to use dirty showers and locker rooms in older buildings: http://m.nydailynews.com/new-york/female-sanitation-workers-deal-filthy-nyc-locker-rooms-article-1.2160047

All of the agency’s modern buildings have bathrooms, showers and locker rooms for women. The problem sits with the renovated and jerry-rigged spaces in many of the decades-old garages. …

“In the Bronx, you walk down the steps of this dungeon and you open the door and see what’s in this locker room — the dirt,” he said. “It’s a disgrace.”

He also pointed out eight of the city’s 59 garages have no facilities at all for women. [So women must share the men’s facilities — boo, hoo]. …

The agency has $2.5 million in its preliminary budget to construct showers and locker rooms for women at four of its antiquated facilities including former incinerators dating to the early twentieth century and a former horse barn constructed in 1900. …

“We are moving to upgrade our aging facilities to the realities of our steadily diversifying workforce,” said agency spokesman Vito Turso. “The department has sought funding to accommodate these upgrades and appreciates Local 831’s support.” …

Cassandra Canelo became a sanitation worker less than a year ago and was surprised at some of the conditions she saw at other garages.

She refuses to shower at Queens West 1 in Astoria and share the stalls with dozens of roaches.

Stalls with roaches were good enough for the men. But now that we have garbage women (garbage ladies?) they need their own, private, new facilities.

  37. rocko says:

But, commenting on the whole emotional animal companion thing is getting way out of hand. Heck, I see BIKERS carrying dogs around. That’s how bad this is. Now, don’t think I don’t like animals. I really love animals, especially dogs. But here’s the thing. They’re still ANIMALS! They’ll never be human, no matter how much you dress them. And they’ll never be your babies which you can just carry around like security blankets that have the ability to take a crap.

Now in all fairness, and I’m not white knighting for them, but here feminists get an unfair depiction. You see, the population at large has an obsession with animals as emotional crutches. For example, I’ve seen commercials on T.V. for cleaning products aimed at pet owners. Basically, they tell the owners that have indoor pets, no matter how small the space is or how big the animal such as a pot bellied piglet can get, it’s ok to have them indoors because Swiffer now made a new product designed to clean after your animal. Of course, there’s a better, cheaper, and more hygienic solution to deal with the problem, namely PUT THE ANIMAL OUTSIDE IN THE YARD WHERE IT BELONGS!! But apparently, as pets are treated like anthropomorphic humans, that’s cruel and unusual punishment.

Of course, on the plus side, I don’t feel pity first these fools when their pets destroy their leather couches or break the TV or the Ming dynasty case they just got appraised on Antique Roadshow. Or when their kids get sick from some animal borne disease. Or when they get kicked out of flights or grocery stores.

  46. Scott says:

Several years ago at the post where I was stationed, one of our civilian providers (psychologist) started handing out profiles for soldiers to have “PTSD Dogs.”

He meant well, but since he was a civilian (and was not a retired/former military guy) he was not thinking operationally.

There is not really any strong literature to suggest that a dog is indicated in the case of someone with mild to moderate, generally controlled PTSD Sx and at the time the distinction between “companion” dog and a true service/assistance animal (think: guide dogs for blind people). A service animal actually makes it possible for the person to go outside and not get killed. They are selected for traits that make them good at their job and then weeded out even further in training.

What this did was create a situation where several enterprising individuals off post started gathering up dogs from pretty much any source (the pounds, shelters, etc), slapping a vest on them that reads “PTSD Dog” and filling the “prescription” for such a dog. Predictably, there was an epidemic of dogs shitting in formation, attacking children at clinics, etc.

If you need a dog to function, you are, by definition, disabled. I would love to have my dog hang out with me at work! Who wouldn’t?

I got to be involved in the task force whose job it was to unscrew the situation with basically untrained wild dogs all over post. We had to research all the ADA guidelines about service animals, what the best clinical practice was, etc. It was crazy. Ultimately, we had to counsel that provider and explain to him that soldiers cannot have their dogs with them during the course of the duty day because they have PTSD. (The best way to explain this is to always ask “what if everyone did this?”)

Then we let those profiles expire and started a process for those who truly needed some assistance. Of course, that level of disability pretty much makes you not fit for service.

It basically boiled down to this cultures elevating dogs to the same moral status as human. Its everywhere, not just feminists do it. Its dangerous and it reflects the moral confusion of the age.

And none of this takes away from my personal love of animals. I have dogs, they are great guardians, great companions. The first one we had to let go because he was too old and sick when I was a boy was heartbreaking–got that T-shirt. But they are not people. They are not created in God’s image.

Note: a “profile” is basically document that communicates the doctors intention to the command of a particular soldier. It places physical and/or other duty limitations/accommodations on the soldier due to a disease process or injury that the command must follow. For example, a soldier with a chest injury and surgery may be exempt from doing push ups until he recovers. If your profile becomes too restrictive or goes on for too long, (chronic) then the soldier is considered for medical retirement.

    Yes, precisely.

The idea is to cast off the old rules and have a reset with new rules that are female friendly. That is the agenda. But the first step, which we are still living through, is the casting off of the old rules. #metoo, which is way beyond Weinstein at this point, is precisely about this same idea — cast off the old rules.

Rollo is quite correct when he says sexual strategies are zero sum — one gains at the other’s expense. What we are seeing now is an attempt to cast off the old rules and recast them into new rules that institutionalize feminine sexual advantages in the form of laws, rules and customs. A true matriarchy, really.

  50. earl says:

Correct. It’s more of a spirtual battle. Sex is the easiest physical manifestation to explain it…but this ultimately resides in the heart.

Well. I think it’s slightly more than merely the modern spiritual battle. With Adam and Eve before the fall, sex would have been natural, it would not contain the problems we think of now. It’s sin itself that corrupts everything. It corrupted sex as it corrupted our hearts and soul.

With sin, the ability to use sex as a commodity, as a weapon became a reality.

At its core, sex is natural and for procreation and does not have an evil connotation.

When I returned from New York State in June on the Detroit to LA leg of the flight. EIGHT dogs in coach. They barked the WHOLE 5 1/2 flight. AND….YOU cannot say one damn word. Not one. The ADA law gives total leeway to what “disability” is, and it’s against the law for YOU as a business owner or patron to ASK

Dogs with vests, riding in a shopping cart. Dogs with vests that make a doggy mess on the floor of a restaurant ( a REAL service animal…oh, like a ‘seeing eye dog’ would know when and where to make a mess, and the owner would clean it up) and the frizzy haired middle aged woman ignores it. Dogs sitting in the lap of person at a restaurant and being FED. Even in my senior citizens complex where I work and live IF a doctor, psychologist, or even THERAPIST signs a “note” about this person needed a “service animal” for their “disability”….state law requires property managers to NOT charge a pet deposit. We cannot QUESTION if the person now wants to have 3, 5, or 6 dogs in their TINY apartment. How DARE you as a property manager “question” about the smell, the mess, and the unsanitary conditions!!!!!!! You will get SUED if you do bring this up.

    These are not “service animals”

    They’re DOGS. They’re PETS

I KNEW this was gonna happen. In 1996, they changed ALL state documentation here in California that had the word “pet” to HUMAN COMPANION. It’s only gonna be a matter of time now before all these “service animals” can qualify for SSI benefits and other state programs.
