Ex refusing joint custody agreement, demanding increase from the $23,000/month she gets now.
Maybe divorce law reform will get some action now. (No one’s cared about straight men getting shafted.)

From an article entitled “Is Making Divorce Easier Bad for Children? The Long‐Run Implications of Unilateral Divorce” by Jonathan Gruber
Published in the Journal of Labor Economics , Vol. 22, No. 4 (October 2004), pp. 799-833
“I assess the long‐run implications for children of growing up in a unilateral divorce environment, which increases the ease of divorce by not requiring the explicit consent of both partners. Using 40 years of census data to exploit the variation across states and over time in changes in divorce regulation, I confirm that unilateral divorce regulations do significantly increase the incidence of divorce. Adults who were exposed to unilateral divorce regulations as children are less well educated, have lower family incomes, marry earlier but separate more often, and have higher odds of adult suicide.”

@ Divorce rape in court comes to Melissa Ethridge.
I’ve said it before on this blog, but it’s worth repeating; while being a Traditional Conservative Christian…aka…angry-white-guy, I support gay marriage because I think it is the only way to get fairness back into the family law courts
I agree “buck”, let’s the gays and lesbians enjoy the marriage and divorce industry just like heterosexuals.
Christian Forums married couples thread, “Absent Husband’s return” shows how much the CMD-N is needed, when you look at my posting 48 and the woman’s posting that follows it. I don’tr recall that being said to anyone who questioned the husband of a wayward wife.
